Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by both credit and debit cards.
We accept, Switch, Delta, Visa and MasterCard.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this is only an indication that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, where we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a price increase, we will always contact you first to ensure that the revised price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All product prices include free kerbside delivery on route days.
The following charges would be made if installation is required.
Installation Single / Double Door: £140.00
Installation Triple Door: £175.00
Installation of Extra Units: £85.00 (each)
Collection and Safe Disposal whilst delivering new cabinet: £150.00
Important Delivery Conditions
* Delivery day & am/pm are estimates only and can vary without notice. Please note that delivery services apply to UK mainland only. Delivery is free to site on route days. (Kerbside only, excludes positioning inside premises. One man delivery with tail lift) It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the site and access is suitable and ready to accept delivery. Clear access for delivery is required meaning clear access via road to site - i.e. no double yellow lines, restricted size vehicles, road works etc. Clear access to installation position within the building - i.e. doorway wide and high enough for unit to go through, no steps or obstacles etc. Delivered, installed and set to work prices based on ground floor (no steps or stairs) with clear access. (i.e. equipment can be positioned in the final installation location without equipment or site modifications). Delivered, installed and set to work includes: delivery, unpacking, placement, installation of fittings, connection by 3 pin plug to 230v supply within 2 metres at the times of delivery only, start up and removal of packaging. (does not include 3 phase equipment or any electrical work).
Postponement or cancellation of delivery and/or installation will result in a cancellation charge.
Rearranged delivery or installation will be priced on application.
Collection: Old cabinets must be ready for collection and immediate dispatch.
Apex will endeavour to co-ordinate deliveries and manufacturer's lead times but are not responsible for any situation and liability outside of its control.
Insurance
We are unable to re-imburse for stock losses or and consequential loss due to any failure of our equipment.
Re-Stocking & Cancelled Orders
A re-stocking charge equal to 20% of the total invoice value shall be payable in the event of re-stocking or cancelled orders.

In these Conditions, 'the Contractor' shall mean the party supplying and installing Commercial Refrigeration Equipment (the Installation'). 'The Customer' shall mean the party who requested the provision of the Installation.
Delivery Schedule
Subject to availability we will ship and deliver your order within a seven day period in line with our route-day scheduling (Monday to Friday). You should normally receive your order within 3-7 business days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% will be added to all orders.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
Guarantee
Every product purchased from us is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months for on-site parts & labour (see individual product pages for individual free extended warranty offers) You have the opportunity in some instances to upgrade the warranty cover if available. If your purchase fails or breaks down within this period you should contact us to arrange a warranty service visit from one of our engineers. All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy Policy
Apex Refrigeration do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy
Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your Apex Refrigeration order number and with details of the problem and from where and when the unit can be conveniently collected. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
